Directions
Rufina’s is located at 170 Concord Road in Chelmsford, MA. We are located approximately one and three quarter miles south of Chelmsford center. We are located in a small strip mall in a quiet residential area. There is ample parking for our patrons.
From The Center of Chelmsford:
From the center take Route 4 south around the traffic circle and stay to the right, following Route 4 south towards Bedford. Travel ¾ of a mile and you will reach a fork in the road. In the middle of the fork there is a small building called the Triangle Service Center. Stay to the right of that building towards Carlisle. You are now on Concord Road. Rufina’s will be one mile on your left in the end of the strip mall.
From the South via Route 3 (Burlington, Billerica or From Route 95):
Travel Route 3 north to exit 29, Route 129. Take a right off the ramp onto 129 west and follow until you reach the intersection in Chelmsford Center. At the intersection you want to take a left into the center and follow the above directions.
From the North via Route 3 (North Chelmsford or New Hampshire):
Travel Route 3 south to the Drum Hill Rotary, go around the rotary and take Route 4 south until you reach Chelmsford Center, approximately 2 miles. Go straight through the intersection and down the hill into Chelmsford Center and follow the above directions.
From the North via Route 495 (Lowell, Andover):
Travel on Route 495 south and take exit 34, Route 110 Chelmsford. Stay to the right off the ramp and follow Route 110 west into Chelmsford Center. Follow the above directions from the center.
From the South via Route 495 (Westford, Littleton):
Travel on Route 495 north and take exit 33, Route 4, Chelmsford. At the end of the exit take a right onto Route 4 south and follow it until you reach Chelmsford Center. Follow the above directions from Chelmsford Center.
From the South via Route 27, (Acton):
Travel Route 27 north all the way into Chelmsford Center. Enter the traffic circle to your right and almost immediately you will see Route 4 south towards Bedford, take that right and follow the above directions from the center.
From Route 225 (Carlisle):
Travel on Route 225 until you reach the Carlisle Rotary. Turn north on Lowell Street. Lowell Street becomes Concord Road once you enter Chelmsford. From the Carlisle Rotary on Lowell Street you will travel 3 miles and we will be on your right in the small strip mall.
From the South via Route 4 (Billerica, Bedford and Lexington):
Travel north on Route 4. On your right you will see a sign designating that you have entered Chelmsford, from that point travel 1.4 miles and you will see the Triangle Service Center on your left. Make a hairpin left turn around the Triangle Service Center and once you are on the other side you will be on Concord Road. We are located 1 mile on your left in the strip mall.
